Jason A. Peszko
Jason is a member of the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association and the Saskatoon Criminal Defence Lawyers Association. He articled with William H. Roe and has since remained with the firm expanding his litigation practice to include other services such as real estate law, wills and estates, tax enforcement, municipal law and corporate and commercial law.
Jason also travels regularly to the firm’s branch office at Biggar, Saskatchewan and acts as general counsel to a number of rural municipalities and towns.

Bailee A. Massett
Bailee’s practice focuses on criminal defence and child protection. She was admitted to the Law Society of Saskatchewan as a lawyer in 2019. She has appeared as counsel before all levels of court in Saskatchewan.
Bailee received her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Saskatchewan, College of Law in 2018. Before law school, she studied psychology at the University of Saskatchewan where she was awarded the University of Saskatchewan Academic Achievement Award and the Canadian Federation of University Women Award. While in law school, Bailee joined Peszko Legal as part of a criminal law intensive program. She has volunteered with Pro-Bono Saskatchewan and Elizabeth Fry Society, working on projects aimed at helping women involved in the criminal justice system. She co-founded the Law Student Parent Scholarship at the College of Law in 2018.

Sarah E.D. Roesler
Sarah joined Peszko Legal in 2023 after being called to the Saskatchewan Bar. While maintaining a broad practice, she has experience in civil litigation, wills & estates, guardianship applications, adoption applications, child and family services matters advocating for children and youth, real estate, and other areas which she hopes to continue expanding. She is a passionate advocate for her clients, committed to achieving favorable outcomes through practical advice, preparation, and innovative legal solutions.
Prior to attending law school, Sarah obtained an honours degree in Anthropology with a minor in Religious Studies, using her knowledge of culture and people to provide the best possible legal solutions, tailored to the individual and the circumstances. Occasionally, Sarah travels to Peszko Legal’s satellite office located in Biggar, Saskatchewan.
Outside of her legal practice, you can find Sarah cuddled up at home with her dog, Wally, and cats Carl, Ernie and Rooster.
